Electric Wire Rope Winches

Wire rope winches are designed explicitly for performance, efficiency and safety, and offer many advantages and options.

Their extremely compact, practical cube design and universal rope lead-offs allow individual applications in almost any position and makes them powerful aids for lifting and pulling loads.

The units are supplied with a test certificate showing the units serial number and an operating instruction manual which contains the manufacturers declaration.

Features;

• 3 Phase motor protected to IP54, Insulation class F
• Spur gear transmission with helical first gear - ensures smooth motion. Lubricated by grease and can therefore be used in any position
• Spring pressure disc brake holds the load secure even in the event of a power failure
• A plain rope drum is supplied as standard. The rope is secured to the drum in a recess so that the rope can be wound onto the drum in several layers without damage
• 1000kg units are fitted with a slipping cluth as standard

Pneumatic Wire Rope Winches

The concept is in accordance with the design of the electric model but with a 100% duty rating and unlimited number of starts the pneumatic model is ideally suited for heavy duty applications. It is not susceptible to contamination, humidity and aggressive external elements.

• Robust rotating piston motor with high starting torque, designed for operating pressures of between 4 and 6 bar
• Spring pressure disc brake holds the load secure even in the event of a power failure
• Sensitive control by means of direct acting values in the control

Electric Chain Hoists

Electric chain hoists offer the user a compact, elegant design, low weight and robust construction hoist. All electric hoists are factory tested with overload. They are supplied with a test certificate and a manufacturers operating manual which contains an EC declaration of Conformity.

There are numerous types of electric chain hoists, basic, high performance, and high capacity being some of them.

High Performance;

This is a robust, reliable and easy to service unit with a long service life. The whole range is fitted with many standard features that are usually only available as extras. The integral limit switch for the highest and lowest hook positions condiderably extened the working life span of the slipping clutch, motor and gearbox.

High performance hoists lift up to 2 Tonnes!

They are usually available in 110v, 230v, 400v, 1-phase and 3-phase options.

High Capacity;

This is a highly efficient hoist and is engineered specifically for a long working life. The hoists are composed of 3 main component parts which makes service easy and inexpensive.

Being high capacity, it can lift up to 10 Tonnes!

This is only available in a 3-phase option.

Electric Travel Trolleys

Specially recommended for loads over 1000kgs, for transporting over long distances and/or when used frequently. Suitable for almost all hoists with top hook suspension due to the universal shackle connection.

Travel motor has worm gear transmission ensuring smooth start and self braking - a seperate motor brake is not required. Compact, robust frame with a low overall height.
