Pul-Lifts

The Pul-Lift unit is the only choice for the hire industry. They are designed for heavy duty work and are suitable for almost any application in maintenance, mining, construction, steel fabrication, shipbuilding, utility work and especially in the railway industry. They are ideal for spotting and securing heavy loads, simplifying the setting of pipes etc in manholes and trenches. All models can be optionally equipped with an overload protection device in the form of a slipping clutch which is factory preset.

Ratchet Lever Hoists

Aluminium;

The enclosed housing, handlever and handwheel are made from high quality aluminium. Due to precise needle bearings the hoist can be operated with little effort. Its low tare weight is an advantage when the hoist has to be frequently carried over longer distances on different assignments. The chain guide is cast into the body to ensure faultless chain movement. The standard free chaining device servces to quickly attach the load or to pull the chain through the hoist in both directions.

Pressed Steel;

Probably the most universal ratchet lever hoist in our range. The pressed steel housing provides an extremely low weight. The standard free chaining device serves to quickly attach the load or to pull the chain through the hoist in both directions. Low operating effort and low overall height are further outstanding features.

Trolleys

The trolley enables the exact positioning or easy traversing of large loads with either manual or powered hoisting equipment. It has excellent rolling features due to machined steel wheels mounted on pre-lubricated, encapsulated ball bearings, adjustable to fit a wide range of beam widths and profiles (e.g. INP, IPE and IPB).

The trolley wheels are designed for a max. beam profile incline of 14%.

Adjustments are made by rotating the clevis load bar which also ensures the centred positioning of the hoist in the clevis - no creeping to the left or the right.

Anti-tilt and wheel fracture support devices according to DIN 15018 and the machinery directives are standard.

Cable Pullers

Cable Pullers are general purpose, lightweight units designed for pulling and tensioning. It can be used in a single or double fall configuration. In the double fall configuration the pulling force is doubled and the lifting height is halved.

Pallet Trucks

Hand pallet trucks are proven helpers for the in-plant transport of palletised goods or wire mesh pallets. Fitted with a safety control handle , the pallet trucks are easy and unproblematic to operate even in demanding applications. The pallet trucks remove the physical strain from the workplace and save using more expensive equipment for short-haul applications. The pallet trucks come in a variety of different models. The models can be supplied with fork lengths from 800 - 2000mm, lifting capacities up to 3000kg, and for added corrosion protection in stainless steel or galvanised design.

Models with drive or parking brakes offer extended safety when working on inclines. With a low 58mm fork height particularly low pallets can be transported. Pallet trucks with electric drive can be used for effortless transportation of loads.

Beam Clamps

The beam clamp provides a quick and versatile rigging point for hoisting equipment, pulley blocks, or loads and comes complete with a locking device. It is a flexible application namely due to the wide adjustment range. The threaded spindle allows for easy attachment and a safe and secure grip.
